How long does shipping take?

All orders are usually dispatched within 1-2 working days. From the dispatch date you can expect your order within 1 working day. In order to offer you the best prices and the latest designs, we ship the products directly from Switzerland.

For orders from Zone 1 (Europe) you can expect your order to arrive within 2-5 working days from the shipping date.

What if I don't like the product?

If you don't like the product, you can return it within 14 days of receipt and we will refund your money immediately. Please take a look at the return and return policy first.

Will FootyFever cover any customs fees?

If you order from outside Switzerland, you may be subject to customs or import charges, which are levied directly by the relevant authorities in your country.
